How We Test and Rate Casinos
Our reviews follow the same framework for every casino. The aim is to compare offers on the things that affect a player's experience, not on the size of the headline bonus alone.
What we check
We review the licence and operator details, the full bonus terms, the game library and provider list, the cashier and payment methods, the withdrawal process, the support channels and the mobile experience. We also check the responsible gambling tools and the complaints process.
How we score
Bonus value carries weight, but so does wagering. A large bonus with a 50x requirement can be worse value than a smaller bonus with a 20x requirement. We look at the effective cost of clearing the bonus, the maximum bet, the expiry window and the game contributions.
Games are scored on range, provider quality and the availability of RTP information. Banking is scored on method variety, AUD support, payout speed and fee transparency. Support is scored on channel availability, response time and the quality of the answer.
First-hand checks
Where possible, we register, verify, deposit and withdraw before publishing. When we cannot complete a step in a specific market, we say so and rely on the operator's published terms and independent testing data.
Updates
We review pages when the operator changes its bonus, licence, payment methods or support hours. Every page shows a last-updated date. If you spot an error, contact us and we will check it.
